Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School has always been adhering to an open, transparent, and inclusive work culture, seeking advice and suggestions from all parties and encouraging the initiative and enthusiasm of students, teachers and parents in contributing to the community. Run by the student union, the "Student Feedback System" and "Beichen Forum", where students and teachers can make public proposals as to the development of the school, are just some examples guided by this principle.

家长开放日

由于劳动节调休，5月5日对于大部分家长来说是休息日，而对于宏润博源的学生来说，是正常的上课时间。鉴于此机缘，学校决定增加一次校园开放日，邀请所有感兴趣的家长走进课堂，与同学们一起上课。

Due to the Labor Day holiday adjustment, May 5th is a non-work day for most parents, while it is a normal school day for SHBS students. In view of this opportunity, the school decided to hold an open house day, inviting all parents interested to join the students in class and give feedback on the class.

合适的才是的

学校坚信“合适的才是的” 教育理念，采取分层走班制，真正意义上实现“一人一课表”，因此有着庞大的课程体系。

Firmly believing that "what suits the student is the best”, SHBS adopts a specifically differentiated course system and carries out in the full sense "one student, one course timetable", so it has a rich and complicated curriculum system.

家长开放日

5月5日为周三，当天有70个不同的课堂;只要时间不冲突，家长们可以提前选择进入任何一个课堂，制定自己的课表，听一整天的课。

May 5th follows a Wednesday timetable, on which there are 70 different classes; As long as time permits, parents can choose to observe any period of class, make their own course timetable to observe classes throughout the day.

由于是学校正常上课时间，学校也对前来听课的家长们提出了要求：

1)每节课堂上最多接受5位家长听课(扫码选报时，每堂课已经设置选报人数限制);

2)听课时不得迟到早退，要保持安静。

3)听课时请将手机调整成静音模式，并收起来(遵守课堂管理)。

Since it is a normal school day, the school also set the following rules for parents who came to observe classes: 1) each class can accept at most 5 parents; 2) Don't be late for class; don’t leave before the class ends; keep quiet. 3) Please turn your mobile phone into silent mode and put it away when observing the class (observe class management rules).

因此，在不影响同学们正常上课的情况下，也满足了家长们进入课堂听课的需求。听课结束后，教务处积极收集家长们的反馈意见，以激励全体教师继续成长。

Thus, parents can observe the classes without impacting the normal classes of the students. After the observation, the Office of Teaching Affairs solicited feedback from the parents so as to inspire or encourage our faculty to grow.

听课结束后，家长们对学校的课堂纷纷表示满意和感谢，也对部分课堂提供了宝贵建议，激励我们更上一层楼。

When it was over, the parents expressed their satisfaction with the classes and their gratitude for the faculty team, and some of them also provided valuable suggestions to encourage us to go up to the next level.
