在2020年的圣诞节艺术节中，我们上海宏润博源学校音乐班的学生们用前所未见的演出形式火爆了全场，“Boomwhacker演出”。

In the 2020 Art Festival, students of our SHBS music class B used an unprecedented performance to hit the audience, "Boomwhacker Performance".

在这里简单介绍一下Boomwhacker。Boomwhacker中文可翻译成音桶，是近年极为流行的一种音乐学习及表演的乐器。它是由不同长度大小有固定音高的塑料管子而组成，每一根管子由不同颜色标记。

Here is a brief introduction to Boomwhacker. It is a very popular instrument for music learning and performance in recent years. It is composed of plastic tubes of different lengths and sizes with a fixed pitch, and each tube is marked with a different color.

在敲击身体的同时发出咚咚的声音，音桶的特色在于可以让所有没有音乐基础的人都可以演奏出动听的音乐，并在演奏的过程中分享合作精神及快乐。

The sound is made while students use it to hit their bodies. The special feature of the sound tube is that it allows all people with no musical foundation to play beautiful music, and share the spirit of cooperation and happiness during the performance.

音桶演奏人数普遍在七人以上，这样每个人都可以分配一到两个音来做演奏，在统一节奏及每个人音高的前提后，所有人就可以顺利的开始演奏了。

The number of Boomwhacker players is generally more than seven, so that everyone can be assigned one or two notes to perform. After the rhythm and the pitch are clarified, the team can start playing smoothly.

音桶的学习会让对所有参与者体会到音乐所带来的快乐及满足感，更为重要的是在演奏当中彼此的沟通合作尤为重要，增强了团队凝聚力与成就感。

The learning of the Boomwhacker will make all participants experience the happiness and satisfaction that music brings, and more importantly, the communication and cooperation in the performance is particularly important, which enhances team cohesion and one's sense of accomplishment.

我们SHBS音乐班的学生们演奏过许多耳熟能详的流行歌曲，这些歌曲都是由他们亲自寻找曲谱，分配角色，排练及制作视频。在学习音乐知识的同时促进了他们本身探索与表演的能动性。

The students in our SHBS music class have played many well-known popular songs. They searched for music notes, assigned roles, rehearsed and produced videos. While learning music knowledge, they also promote their own exploration and performance initiative.
