11月17日下午5点，著名国际钢琴家孔祥东先生客座上海宏润博源学校，Bowen校长向孔先生颁发了聘书。

At 5 pm on Nov. 17th , Mr. Kong xiangdong, a famous pianist, was invited as a guest speaker to deliver a speech in our school auditorium, where Principal Bowen presented a letter of appointment to him.

孔先生给同学们讲述了自己艺术创作的心路历程以及自己与钢琴的邂逅之旅。同时向在座的同学们展示了自己如何即兴创作优美的音乐：他邀请了4名同学在钢琴上选出了4个音便可将其变成一段悦耳的音乐;让在座的老师选了一段音乐，便可以为我校演奏一段校歌。他指出音乐是每个人都可以学的，只要有心每个人都可以创作出属于自己的音乐。

Mr. Kong told the students his experiences and feelings throughout his piano career. Meanwhile, he demonstrated to the audience how he improvised a beautiful melody by himself. He invited 4 students to choose 4 notes on the keyboard and synthesized them into a pleasant melody. He also invited one or two teachers present to choose a piece of music so that he could compose a school song for us. He pointed out that everyone can learn music because music is in our hearts.

Mr. Kong gave detailed and strict instructions to Peter Zhang.

最后，Bowen校长和刘刘副总校长赠送了自然生长在我校的柚子，同时，李同学代表学校赠送一幅书法作品，上书“向美而生，与爱同行”，表达我们对孔祥东先生的敬意和感谢。

Finally, Principal Bowen and Vice Principal Liuliu presented a gift to Mr. Kong, which was some grapefruits grown naturally on our campus. In the meantime, on behalf of our school, Charlotte Li presented her own work of calligraphy to Mr. Kong as a sign of our respect and gratitude to him.
