8月26日下午上海宏润博源学校举办了第三届卓识Microbiz商业挑战赛。这次参赛选手有68位，规模中等。办赛目的是想让参赛选手们了解商赛并学到一些商业知识。这次是我次参与办赛，在比赛中学到了许多东西，这次选手们的表现都很不错，发挥也都很好。下面由几位选手来说些参赛感悟。

In the afternoon of August 26, Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School held its third Microbiz Challenge.This time there were 68 contestants, of medium size.The purpose of the competition is to make the contestants know and learn about business.This is my first time to participate in and help organize the tournament, from which I have learned a lot. All players did a good job.

首先非常感谢学校能为我们举办这次盛大的商业比赛，我是次参加这种活动，一开始没有很快的搞懂比赛规则，但是随着比赛的进行，我们的公司逐渐融入比赛中。通过这次比赛，我深刻感受到了经营公司的不易，希望学校以后还能继续举办类似的活动。

First of all, I would like to thank our school for organizing this grand business competition for us. This is the first time for me to participate in such an activity. At the beginning, I did not understand the rules , but as the competition went on, our company gradually geared up. Through this competition, I deeply felt the difficulty of running a company. I hope that the school can continue to hold such activities in the future.

这次比赛给我很大的触动。作为公司的CEO，我要合理安排员工们的工作，去和别的公司进行交易。在这之中还要确保自己公司的利益化，十分困难。但是，我能感受到，同学们从一开始的迷茫到后来逐渐熟练，敢于去和别人谈生意，这是一个非常大的进步，或许这就是学校为我们举办商赛的意义吧，希望来年还能参与其中。

This competition impressed me a lot. As the CEO, I had to arrange the employees' tasks and encourage them negotiate with other companies to ensure the benefits of our company. It was difficult. At the beginning, we were confused, but we gradually become skilled and were willing to reach out to other companies, which was a big step forward. Maybe that's the point of our school's organizing this competition.

在我们新生体验营开始后的第5天，学校为我们精心准备了商赛活动。在这次活动中，我们知晓了企业中的一些专业的词汇和常用的套路。但这次商赛还是让我们体验一下当企业家是什么感觉，每个职位要负责什么东西。虽然在比赛中有了一些小失误，但我还是蛮乐在其中的。同时也很期待参与下次的商赛活动!

On the fifth day of the orientation, our school organized Micro-biz competition, from which we learned some business terms and stategies. It allowed me to experience what it feels like to be an entrepreneur and the responsibilities of different department chiefs. Although I made a few mistakes in the game, I still enjoyed it a lot. I am also looking forward to participating in the next business contest!

学校能为我们提供如此规模宏大的比赛，我感到十分激动和感谢，这次比赛不仅锻炼了我们队友之间的协调能力，也让我们了解到了一个公司的经营该如何安排。这不仅是一次体验，更是一个让我们了解商业的机会。身为一个运营经理，我的职责当然是一心辅佐CEO，协助他干好这个公司。当然还有和团队之间的配合与默契，这是做成一件事的根本。这次活动相信对我以后的路一定很有帮助，非常感谢!

I felt very excited and grateful that our school could provide us with such a meaningful competition. This competition not only tested our teamwork but also made us know about the operation of a company. This is not only an experience, but also an opportunity for us to learn about business. As an admin manager, of course, my job is to assist the CEO and help him do a good job at the company. 我是T003中盛公司的CEO,我体会最深刻的就是因为我们公司是做代工的，所以签单以后一定要买机器，次发现代工企业利润率很低。机器每财年折旧、每次单子没算好每财年结算时大笔大笔的违约金都让我们感到做生意的不易。一下午我们公司从一开始的不协调、分工混乱，到后来慢慢成长起来，真的收获很大。最后我们团队能有幸获得本场比赛的，我也是非常开心，希望学校以后能多组织类似的活动。

I am the CEO of T003 Zhongsheng Company. What impressed me the most is that our company does OEM, so we must buy machines after receiving orders. For the first time, I found that the profit margin of OEM enterprises is very low. The depreciation of the machine in every fiscal year and the liquidated damages in the settlement of each fiscal year made it difficult for us. Our company was not well coordinated at the beginning and the division of labor was chaotic. Later, it grew up slowly and we all gained a lot in this process.

In the end, our team was lucky enough to win the first place in this competition. I am also very happy. I hope our school can organize more similar activities in the future.
