4月6日下午，15位各行业人士进入上海宏润博源学校各个教室，与同学们面对面交流行业内容，发展趋势，素养要求以及自己的职业发展经验。每位同学都有机会聆听三位嘉宾分享的智慧，并与嘉宾进行小组互动。

On the afternoon of April 6th, 15 senior professionals from various lines of business walked into different classrooms of SHBS, talked face to face to students about what their professions are like,and how the professions will evolve in the future, and they also shared with students their experience in developing their own careers. Each student had the opportunity to attend 3 sessions given by 3 different speakers, and interact with them in the form of group discussion.

经过前期的自我探索，同学们对自身的性格特征和潜能有了进一步认识。在职业探索初始阶段，班主任集体备课，带领同学们回顾了过去10年并探讨了未来10年的职业发展趋势。为了给同学们带来最前沿的资讯、最接地气的 “职业指导”，升学部进行了职业倾向问卷调查，收集同学们感兴趣的职业数据，同时考量未来的职业发展趋势，邀请15位不同行业的精英人士，为同学们进行分享。

Through self-exploration done in the previous week, students have had a further understanding of their own personality types and potentials. In the initial stage of career exploration, all homeroom teachers, through group discussion, guided the students to review what has happened in the job market in the past 10 years and discussed the career development trends in the next 10 years. In order to bring students the most cutting-edge information and the most down-to-earth "career guidance", SHBS College Advising Office prepared a questionnaire about career preference among the studetns, and to probe into the future career development trend, and they also invited 15 outstanding professionals from different industries to share their professinal experience and wisdom with the students.

非常感谢以下15位嘉宾在百忙之中拨冗前来。每位嘉宾都是“有备”而来，为孩子们准备了丰富的“干货”。不但帮助同学们了解自己所在行业的工作内容，未来发展趋势，所需专业技能，还分享了自己的职业经验和人生智慧。现场互动气氛活跃，教室里不时便爆发出一阵阵赞叹声和激烈的讨论声。

We are very grateful to the following 15 guests for taking time out of their busy schedule to visit our school. Each guest had prepared a lot of useful and interesting materials for the kids. They not only helped students to understand what their lines of business was all about, how these professions would develop in the future, and what professional skills were required for their industry, but also shared with the kids their professional experience and wisdom.The students interacted actively with the guests in a lively atmosphere, and students in all classrooms burst into praises and had heated discussions.

分享会上，同学们都听得聚精会神。不少同学们还提前做足了功夫，准备好一箩筐的问题请教专家(见附图)。授课专家也都赞扬宏润博源的学子有独立思辨能力，纷纷给出反馈“孩子们很有意思”“很有想法”“很会提问题，有些问题让我们从业人员都有反思的必要”“有些问题，一般大学生都不一定提得出来”“思维很活跃”“反应非常快，课堂分享很好”“提问很靠谱”。

All students listened attentively at the sharing sessions. Many of them prepared a lot of questions in advance to ask those experts (Refer to the attached pictures). The guests also praised the SHBS students for their independent critical thinking, and made such comments as “very interesting and thoughtful kids" "good at asking questions, some of which made it necessary for us professionals to reflect on" "even college students can’t think of such questions" "quick in thinking" "giving quick feedback” etc.

一个半小时的分享会在嘉宾们意犹未尽的分享中和同学们依依不舍的提问声中结束了。随后，宏润博源学校的总校长陈文国先生，执行校长刘刘女士和外方校长Chris Moses先生一一为嘉宾们颁发了“特聘证书”，感谢他们不辞辛苦地到校为咱们的同学们“传道，授业，解惑”。学生会主席团成员们也纷纷献上他们精心准备的礼物和感谢卡。

Though the guests were still enjoying sharing with the students and the students were reluctant to finish asking questions, the one-and-a-half hour-long sharing session came to an end. Later, general principal bowen, executive principal liuliu, and foreign principal, Mr. Chris Moses, presented the "Letter of Appointment" to all the guests to express our gratitude to them for taking all the trouble to share with students. Members of the ASB also gave away their sincere gifts and thank-you cards to the guests.

至此，职业探索阶段的活动圆满结束。这次活动进一步打开了同学们的视野，更重要的是同学们也在嘉宾的分享中体会到优秀人士身上那种积极进取的精神面貌。再次感谢嘉宾们和学生家长们的大力支持，在助力孩子们成长的路上，我们偕行。

The career exploration activity was successfully concluded. This activity further broadened students’ horizon. More importantly, the students benefited from the guests’ positive and enterprising spirit during the sessions. Once again, we would like to thank all the distinguished guests and parents for their great support. Let’s work together to help our kids grow up.
