2020 ESDP English Speech and Debate Pentathlon(Shanghai) is organized by 21st Century English Speech and Debate Academy together with Universities like Fudan University, New York University Shanghai and some associations.

上海区分为演讲季(2019年9月-2020年1月)和辩论季(2020年2月-5月)。

The competition contains a speaking season (Sept. 2019-Jan. 2020) and a debate season (Feb. 2020-May 2020)

演讲季分为初评、复评、半决评、演讲决评等阶段进行，具体阶段和要求如下:

The speech season contains a first round, a second round, a semi-final and a final round. Requirements are as follows.

上海宏润博源学校获得组委会授权，组织青浦区的参赛选手进行初选，并将优秀的选手推荐给组委会，直接晋级11月16日和17日的复评，复评的地点暂定为上海纽约大学。

Authorized by the ESDP Organizing Committee, Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School will organize the initial selection of candidates in Qingpu District and recommend the most competitive candidates to the organizing committee to take part in the second round, which will be held on Nov. 16th &17th in New York University Shanghai.

上海宏润博源学校评审委员会会在11月1日公布晋级复赛的学生名单。

Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School will announce the names of candidates qualified to enter the next round on 1st, November.

注意：小学和初中组的演讲视频不应超过2min，高中组不应超过3min。

Note: for primary school and junior high school students, the speech video shall be within 2min;for senior high school students, within 3min.
