2019年10月10日傍晚，上海宏润博源学校本学期学生干部领导力培训课程开讲啦!学生会干部和各班班长共计近30位同学可以参加领导力培训课程。我校每学期都会为学生干部提供领导力培训课程，帮助学生干部提升领导和管理能力，让他们有能力更多地参与到学校的管理和建设中来。

上海宏润博源学校学生干部领导力培训课程

本学期讲由上海宏润博源学校副总校长刘刘女士主讲。刘校长引领学生干部思考和探讨了有关领导力的最根本的问题：你认为什么是领导力?包含哪些?其中你认为最重要的是哪一个?为什么?你认为自己是一个有领导力的人吗?为什么?

课后也给同学们留了思考作业：(一)本周作业：我身上领导力的特点是什么?怎么在平时的工作中表现出来?(二)找一个你最尊敬的历史或者现代人物，读相关传记或者介绍文章，探索Ta的成功之路，寻找Ta成功的原因(字数不限)把感受体会作为结业小论文的一部分。

On the evening of October 10, 18:00-18:40 saw this semester’s first class of SHBS Student Leadership Training Course! About 30 student leaders of the Student Union and Homerooms can attend the leadership training course. Our school provides leadership training course for student leaders every semester to help them improve their leadership and management skills, so that they can be better and more engaged in the management and development of the school.

学生干部领导力培训课程

This first class was given by Ms. Liuliu, Executive Principal of SHBS. She guided the student leaders to think and discuss the fundamental questions about leadership: what do you think is leadership? What parts does it consist of? Which one do you think is the most important? Why is that? Do you consider yourself a leader? Why is that?

After class, there are also assignments for students to finish: (I) Which part of leadership am I best at? How to show it in my daily work? (2) Find a historical or modern figure you respect the most, read a biography or introductory article about him or her, explore his or her path to success, and find out the reasons for his or her success.
