2019年8月24日晚上，上海宏润博源学校迎来了体验营学生干部竞选!三十几位同学参与竞选，气氛热烈!有些同学上台分享了自己的过往经验，自己的优势，让人赞叹!有些同学表达了想要挑战自己的强烈愿望!所有同学都表达了愿意为同学们服务和工作的决心!

August 24, 2019 saw the Orientation Camp Opening Ceremony in the morning and English class in the afternoon. The evening welcomed the much-anticipated election of student leaders. More than 30 students participated in the election and the audience was in high spirits. Some candidates shared their impressive past experience and advantages, others expressed a strong desire to challenge themselves. All the students expressed their determination to serve and work for the students.

七位同学参与营长竞选，六位同学参与才艺秀总导演竞选， 三位同学参与才艺秀总策划竞选，四位同学参与主持人竞选，三位同学参与艺术展总策划竞选，七位同学参与生活部长竞选，两位同学参与小记者竞选， 两位同学参与生日会筹委竞选，三位同学参与商赛负责人竞选。

实践活动教育契机overall competence

多位同学还积极报名承担灯光、音响、剧务等工作。竞选演讲结束后，苗老师夸赞了同学们积极参与的热情。同时也提了一个问题：大家看到PPT里参与竞选的同学，有的同学有照片和介绍，而有些同学这两个部分都被问号替代，这会给竞选者的形象产生怎样的影响?希望同学们之后阅读通知时，可以抓住关键信息，及时按照要求行动。教育和教学同等重要，而教育必须要通过活动和实践参与才能让同学们真正得到。在宏润博源学校，老师们会抓住实践活动中的教育契机，提升同学们的综合素养!

Many students also actively volunteered to undertake lighting, sound, and logistics. After all the election speeches, Ms. Miao praised the students' enthusiasm for active participation. Yet, she also raised a question: how does the PPT—some candidates prepared photos and introduction, while others had none but question marks—affect the image of the candidates? It is hoped that students can grasp the key information and act in accordance with the requirements when they read the notice later. Educating and teaching are equally important, and real educating must be achieved through activities and practical participation. Here teachers at Hongrun Boyuan School will seize every educational opportunity in practice to improve students' overall competence.
