2020年1月得知武汉疫情爆发之后，上海宏润博源学校行政管理团队成立了防疫领导小组并提前做好线上开学准备：不但保质保量完成教学工作，育人工作也稳步推进。

On knowing the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan in January, SHBS Admin Team established its leading group on epidemic prevention and started preparing for online teaching in advance: with the co-effort of the faculty team, SHBS not only finished its teaching goals but also its character-shaping goals.

实现育人目的的一个主要手段就是组织学生活动，给同学们足够的展示空间，激发他们的兴趣，让同学们在活动中进行碰撞，在活动中认识自己，看到自己的潜力，也发现自己真正的兴趣点。只有通过这种紧张、摩擦、碰撞、沮丧和反思，同学们才能不断更新对自己和他人的认知，真正地成长起来。

One of the main means to shape the students' character is to organize student activities: give students enough stage to show themselves, explore their interests, and know more about themselves through cooperation and sometimes conflicts with others. Only through this tension, cooperation, conflict, frustration, and reflection can they really surpass themselves and grow better.

除了每周一的CAS活动，学生社团也是学生活动的重要组成部分。虽然疫情当前，但是我们线上的社团活动也稳步进行，而且在逆境中更加光彩。上学期，同学们通过线上宣讲和招新，一共成立了20个学生社团。

Besides the CAS activities every Monday, student clubs are also an important part of student activities. In spite of the pandemic, our student clubs went very well online, in fact, even much better than the previous semester. Throughonline presentation and recruitment, students established twenty clubs in total.

上海宏润博源学校的学生社团由学生自主管理和运作，这种自发组织和运作激发了学生的内在驱动力，也让社团指导老师们异常惊喜。比如，配音社制定了每次社团的课程流程，有上次的配音作业检查，现场配音展示，评分以及本节课的配音知识课程讲解。每位社员轮流做老师，选择一种配音技巧为主题，结合网络资源，讲解配音课程。

Club leaders are responsible for the management and operation of club activities; such student autonomy motivated the students to be more active, creative, and responsible. For example, the dubbing club established a wonderful club routine, including presentation of dubbing homework, on-site dubbing, peer evaluation and feedback, and dubbing skill lecture. Each member took turns to be the teacher, taking advantage of online resources to design a lecture on a certain dubbing style or skill for the whole club.

学期末，我们照例进行了社团汇报和评选。最后MUN(模拟联合国)大幅度领先，获得本学期的特级社团，可谓是实至名归。

At the end of the semester, we evaluated the clubs as usual, and Model United Nation was rated as the most outstanding club.

而其余社团的评比得分非常胶着，总体水准都比以往有大幅提高。一些非常不错的社团因为几分之差与A级社团失之交臂。

In fact, the quality of all student clubs improved significantly, which made it hard to choose the A clubs. Many of them were excellent and just missed A-club honor by a few points.
