2019年全国“科普之星”视频展示活动开始啦!上海市科技翻译学会联合华东师范大学二附中、上海宏润博源学校共同举办。本届科普论坛以弘扬新时代中学生创新精神、提高学生科技素养为目标，在师生中逐步形成“崇尚科学、追求科学、探索科学”的良好氛围。

It is time for 2019 National "Popular Science Star" video presentation event, which is held by Shanghai Science & Technology Translation Society together with No. 2 High School of East China Normal University and Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School. This year’s event aims to carry forward the innovative spirit of middle school students and improve their scientific and technological literacy, so as to gradually create a good atmosphere of "advocating science, pursuing science and exploring science" among teachers and students.

四、参加“科普之星”展示活动并符合科普视频评审要求的同学，均有机会获得由学会颁发“全国科普之星”的证书，优秀作品将获专家点评指导并至分论坛现场参加活动。

Those who participate in this event with a qualified video will obtain a "National Popular Science Star" certificate issued by Shanghai Science & Technology Translation Society. Excellent videos will be reviewed and guided by experts and the candidates can go to the specified sub-forum for the on-site presentation event.

五、视频提交时的注意事项

Requirements of the Video

(1)视频内容要求：内容可参考如下第八条所示范围、亦可自选主题自制;也可直接使用组委会公布的视频作为素材进行制作。视频标题自定。中英文双语字幕和英语配音。

(2)视频质量要求：图像与声音清晰，无杂音，横向拍摄，为一个完整的演讲视频文件。如果采用组委会发布的视频作为素材，不得对视频进行除了配音和添加字幕之外的任何加工处理。

video quality: clear image and sound, no noise; a complete presentation video，horizontal shooting; if you choose to use a video provided by the organizing committee, you shall not edit the video in any way other than dubbing and subtitling it.

(3)视频格式要求：视频文件格式应为常用格式，可以用Windows的自带播放器打开。如mp4,avi等。不得使用例如腾讯、爱奇艺等各种视频网站自己的专用格式。

Video format: video format should be a common format that can be opened with the built-in Windows player, such as mp4, avi, etc. Don’t use special formats of various video websites such as tencent, iQIYI, etc.

(4)视频大小要求：不小于50M，不超过500M。

video size: no less than 50M, no more than 500M.
