上海宏润博源学校开设了赛艇体育课，每周二及周四在上海淀山湖赛艇俱乐部进行赛艇训练，哈莫特教练亲临现场观摩及点评教学，和同学们进行交流互动。

孩子们下水前由德国国际级教练哈莫特亲自来指导，学生们领略到世界级大腕的风范。

Before the kids started rowing in the lake, Harmot, a German rowing coach, who has been a world-class expert in this field, gave them two classes in person.

赛艇课是利用流经朱家角的大淀湖作背景的水上课程，该项目运动员的肺活量远高于一般运动项目，在提升体能方面有优于传统运动项目，更能激发人舟合一、共同征服自然、在自然界中驰骋搏击的激情。

Our rowing class makes full use of the Dalian Lake, which flows through Zhujiajiao town, as its training area. Rowing athletes have far strong vital capacity than those who go in for other usual sports. Compared with traditional sporting events, rowing helps more to build up our bodies. Above all, it can arouse our passion for conquering the nature.

Hartmut, an internationally renowned senior coach from Germany, has trained the German and American national teams and the famous university team to win gold and silver medals of the Olympic and World Championships. He is currently the chief advisor of the official Chinese rowing club. With the values of Shanghai Dianshan Lake Rowing Club, the relationship is close and the task is to provide members with guidance and training benefits.
