上海宏润博源学校本学期赛艇体育课程于5月进入大淀湖，之前校内经过两个月的基础训练终于到了水上实战的时刻，同学们感觉好新奇，跃跃以试。水天湖色，波光微澜，即使太阳当头，赛艇班一行同学穿着救生衣、戴着防晒帽，一字排列，扛着赛艇，走进淀湖。

According to the schedule of the rowing classes during this semester, we were to put the previous 2-month-long campus training into practice on the water in May. So, here we were, by the Dadian Lake. Students were curious and eager to have a try. Under the blue sky and by the side of this beautiful lake with ripples glowing across, students of the rowing class, wearing life jackets and sun hats, lined up in a row, carried the boat on their shoulders, and were ready to row it into the lake despite the hot sun.

原本陆地课堂机器上模拟训练的那几手功夫都要实打实的在大淀湖里显露山水了，完全不一样的体验。踏上8单赛艇的学生迈出的步就被教练：“踩准!”“踩这个点!”脚不可以错放一点点。每当这个时候，同学们都乖乖地、谨慎地迈出这一步。八人坐上艇之后，同学们精神气全被调动起来，大家必须齐心协力，浆握在手，就是与整个大湖对抗，整条河都是你的对手，八位同学，必须人舟合一，那种征服大淀湖的感觉，那种英雄豪气、谁与争锋的感觉就上来了。两位女生稍一分心，不经意地将浆松手放到水里，马上小艇便偏斜了差一点翻倒。这个教训让人记住了，什么叫“同舟共济、全力以赴”。

The actual training on the water proved to be a totally different experience from the previous simulation classes on land. The instant students got aboard the boat for the first time, their coach shouted: “Tread exactly on this spot!” because even a slight misplacement of your foot is intolerable in rowing. So, whenever they heard this, students would obediently took this step with great caution. With all 8 aboard and the oars in hour hands, we suddenly felt that our high morale was boosted and realized that we must work together to fight against the lake and conquer it in the end. At that time, two girls got a little distracted and loosened their oars and let them float in the water, nearly overturning the whole boat. Their negligence taught us a lesson: When crossing a lake in the same boat, everyone must go all out for the mission.

近期哈莫特教练到访上海宏润博源学校，与陈校长一道参观校园，提出了依托得天独厚的校园水域设施进行赛艇训练的可行性建议，及深入沟通推广青少年校园赛艇，打造公益性赛艇示范基地的设想。

On Tuesday, coach Hartmut Buschbacher visited the Hongrun Boyuan School and visited the campus with Bowen. He proposed a plan of relying on the unique campus water facilities for rowing training, and in-depth communication to promote campus rowing for young students in order to build a demonstration base for rowing.
