2018年12月14日下午放学后，上海宏润博源学校全体教师在教师公寓(二)的一楼客厅里有个“家庭聚会”。大家在轻松愉悦的氛围中进一步增进对彼此的了解，增强我们这个团队的凝聚力。为了这个聚会，紧张的工作之余，中外教老师行动起来：有专门外出采购的，有专门布置场地，有负责挑选背景音乐的。当天，每一位老师都负责消灭美食和感受快乐。

聚会上，有中外教老师一起，带来吉他为大家弹唱的;有把酒交流的;有和小家属们嬉戏、玩耍得惊心动魄的;有和着音乐，又像是舞蹈又像是打拳的。当天我们还有一位特别访客，一只飞到我们聚会上的小灰鸽。它给大家带来了欢乐、和谐、其乐融融啊。正如我们的外教们常说的，宏润博源学校和他们先前工作过的学校都不一样，这里感觉是家，每位老师都是这个大家庭的一份子。

On the afternoon of this Friday, 14thDecember, when school was over, all faculty members of SHBS gathered in the lounge on the first floor of the third villa, one of the dorm-room buildings for foreign teachers, to build up understanding among ourselves and strengthen~~ the cohesion of our whole team in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Both Chinese and foreign teachers contributed to this party in their spare time: some prepared snacks & cookies, some decorated the lounge, and others helped to choose background music for the party.

On that day, every teacher was responisble for enjoying delicious snacks and having fun. During the party, some teachers played the guitar and sang songs for us all, some toast to each other, someplayed with little kids, in a way scaring the rest of us, and others danced or somewhat shadowboxed to the music. We had a special visitor that day --- a little gray dove which happened to land on our party. This little bird brought us lots of pleasure. Just as our foreign teachers often say, SHBS is different from the schools where they previously worked in that our school makes them feel at home, and every teacher is a member of this community.
