2018年12月11日上午，郑州著名的育人教育集团一行来访上海宏润博源学校。来访人员参观校园后，惊叹道：“花这么大的代价办学校，真正用心做教育啊，这办学很落地!”刘刘副校长代表学校给教育代表团介绍我校的课程、教育理念和管理方法。其中扬长避短、一人一课表，双优课程等等给来访者留下深刻的印象。

教育交流

Bowen校长和外方校长Chris也分别作了简短的发言。Chris强调了美国教育理念和中国教育理念的不同之处和矛盾冲突，强调文化融合的重要性。Bowen校长强调，任何外来文化和教育来到中国以后，都需要和中国文化进行融合，并且要和自己学校文化进行融合，只有这样才能适合自己的校情，适合自己的学生。以课程为例，我们学校以美国高中课程+AP课程为主打，同时也糅合进IB课程和A-level课程的有些长处，从而为我校学生。 Bowen校长是中国批进行国际教育实践的前辈，有着深厚的国际教育的经验。

At 9:00 a.m., 11th December, a delegation led by the Principal of Yuren Education Group came for a visit. After the visitors toured around the campus, they were amazed and remarked: "Having invested so heavily in this school and running it at immense costs, you people are really dedicated to the cause of education!”

Ms.Liu Liu, vice general Principal then introduced our school's curriculum, educational philosophy and management mode to the visitors, among which such practices as playing to students’ strengths, individualized class schedules and double-excellence programs etc. left a deep impression on our visitors. Principal Bowen and Foreign Principal Christopher Moses also made brief speeches. Mr. Moses stressed the differences and conflicts between American and Chinese educational concepts, and emphasized the importance of cultural integration. Mr. Bowen pointed out that any foreign culture and education need to be integrated with the Chinese culture and especially the culture of your own school. Only through integration can they suit the situation of your own school and students. For example, our school’s curricula are mainly based on the American High School Curricula plus AP Curricula, with the advantages of IB and A-level curricula taken into consideration. Therefore, they are customized for our students. Principal Bowen, who boasts profound experience in international education, is one of the pioneers in this field.

来访者对国际化学校对国学课程的重视，并有专门的国学教室，大加赞赏。相关负责人汪蓓莉副校长介绍了不久前结束的意大利交流项目，强调了宏润博源自已的理解：国际教育不仅仅是让我们的学生去接受国际化的教育，更是要让世界各国的人了解我们中国文化，向世界传播中国文化。上海宏润博源学校的硬件设施、课程设置、对于未来几年的规划，都赢得育人教育集团来访人员的称赞，引起他们强烈的兴趣，并希望两校今后进一步加强交流，互通互访，携手前行。

The visitors highly praised SHBS as an international school for attaching importance to the Sinology curriculum and for having a classroom specially built for this purpose. Ms. Wang, vice principal in charge of the sinology curriculum, introduced to the visitors the Italian students’ Exchange program, which was concluded not long ago. She conveyed our school’s interpretation of international education, which is not only allowing students to study overseas curricula, but also allowing people from all over the world to know about Chinese culture or spreading Chinese culture all around the world.

The visiting delegation of Yuren Education Group complimented SHBS on its hardware facilities, curricula, and its plans for future development, which all aroused their strong interest. Finally, they hoped to exchange visits with us in future so as to further deepen understanding and cooperation between us.
