被誉为“印第安纳篮球家族“的戈登家族拥有110年的篮球训练和执教经验，培训出了大量的篮球人才。上海宏润博源学校与戈登家族合作的篮球项目，旨在为喜欢篮球的同学提供专业的训练，也让孩子们在大学申请时多一种选择。

本周主教练Evan Gordon亲自来我校指导篮球兴趣班同学的训练。Gordon教练一直专注美国式篮球训练，非常重视篮球基本功和高频率的训练模式。这次主教练为孩子们了教学计划进行针对性训练。

这是次孩子们全员到齐正式和Gordon教练见面，兴奋、激动还有点小好奇。带球、上篮、篮板、防守，听上去很简单的几个词，孩子们却花了大把的时间和汗水在这些基本功训练中。万丈高楼平地起，再高的楼也需要稳扎稳打的地基。

接下来的日子里，Gordon教练还会继续对球队的孩子进行高强度但却稳扎稳打的训练，希望我们宏润博源学校的篮球校队能成为学校的骄傲!

Known as the first basketball family in the state of Indiana and boasting 110 years of experience in basketball training and coaching, the Gordon Family has so far cultivated large numbers of basketball players. Aiming to provide students interested in basketball with both professional coaching and an alternative choice for their college application process, SHBS is cooperating with the Gordon Family in creating a basketball program.

This week, Evan Gordon, the head coach, came to our school and coached our students in person. Mr. Gordon has always been specializing in American basketball coaching, and he attaches importance to basic skills in playing basketball as well as high-frequency training mode. This time the head coach has customized his coaching plans specially for our kids. Since this is the first time that Mr. Gordon has met all our kids, they felt excited and a little bit curious. “dribbling, lay-up, re-bound, and defending”---Simple as these words may sound, our kids spent a lot of time training these basic skills with their sportswear soaked with sweat. Just as the saying goes, Rome was not built in a day. In the following days, Mr. Gordon will carry on his intensive coaching but at a steady pace. Let’s hope that SHBS will take pride in our school basketball team.
