2018年12月3日，上海宏润博源学校C&S时间进行艺术节的启动式。酝酿已久的2018校园艺术节终于拉开序幕。启动式由学生处苗副主任主持。张伟老师宣布艺术节活动方案。

张老师宣布，本届艺术节的宗旨是：艺术点亮青春，青春照耀理想。艺术温暖寒冬，青春演绎激情。

During the CAS session on 3rd December, our school launched the preparations for the 1st art festival. The 2018 school art festival, which had been conceived for a long time, finally got started. The launching ceremony was presided over by Helen Miao, Deputy Director of the Students’ Affairs Office.

Mr. Zhang Wei announced the plan for this art festival. He said that the theme of this art festival is " Art lights up youth,which in turn,shines on our dreams; art warms us up in this chilly winter when we let fly our youth and passion."

我们从张老师的方案中了解到：艺术节形成强大的领导团队，顾问团由Bowen、Chris、刘刘、陈劲和汪蓓莉老师组成;具体负责老师是张伟、苗茜楠、王伟、沈子恒、Morris、尹栎涵、王波、麻志琴和董民老师;全体学生会成员几乎都被“分配”到任务，主席、副主席、秘书长、财务部长、宣传部长、社团部长、文艺部长、广播站长、生活部长、体育部长、义工部部长和学术活动部部长均有明晰的职责和分工。

We learned from the plan announced by Mr. Zhang Wei that the art festival will be led and supported by many strong teams,such as the advisory team which consists of Principal Bowen, Foreign Principal Chris, and 3 vice principals. The teachers in charge are Wei Zhang,Helen Miao,Wei Zhang, Ziheng Shen, Morris, Hannah Yin, Bonita Wang, Irene Ma and Min Dong. Besides,almost all members of the Students’Union have been assigned tasks, with specific divisions of responsibilities and obligations.They include the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary General, Ministers of various Departments such as Finance, Publicity, Clubs, Arts, Radio Station, General Affairs, Sports,Volunteers and Academic Affairs.

接着，刘刘副校、播文校长上台做动员。刘刘以她经验告诉同学们，人人参与，一定可以在参与中收获特别的人生经验。不少学生在学校活动中认识自己的长处、强项，因此而埋下理想的种子。未来的编剧、导演，乃至音控、灯控、摄影师之类的就诞生了。

Next,Vice General Principal Liu Liu and Principal Bowen walked onto the stage to give their promotion talks. Based on her past experience, Liuliu encouraged every student to participate in the art festival so as to gain special life experience. In fact, many students have realized their own strengths by taking part in school activities, thus sowing the seeds of their ambitions. In other words, those prospective screenwriters, directors, and even audio and video technician, lighting engineer, cameraman, and so on were born.

校长动员

艺术节的各项准备工作开始了。12月6日在剧场将举行主持人、导演组和美术与摄影展览总策划的选拔。负责人为王伟老师等一行教师团队及学生会成员。报名截止日期为12月6日12：45。12月10日C&S时间，将举行器乐演奏比赛。接着，还将举办艺术与摄影展览、艺术节节徽比赛与展示。

We have started preparing for the art festival in many ways. On 6th December,we will select the host and hostess, the team of directors for the festival,as well as the chief planner for the art and photography exhibition at the auditorium.Teachers and members of the Students’ Union will be responsible for this event.The deadline for signing up will be at 12:45 on 6th December.During the CAS session on 10th December, a musical instruments performance competition will take place.Then, there will be an art & photography exhibition, and a competition and display on the emblem designs for the art festival.

最后，12月22日上午将举行艺术节闭幕式。校园艺术节是校园文化的一个重要、且重大的聚焦点，是学校课程和师生人文文化的集中表达。所以，化大力气专注于校园艺术节，是用来激发学生创造力和表现力、表达力的契机。

Finally,on the morning of December 22, the closing ceremony of the art festival will be held .

School art festival is an important and major focus of campus culture, and it is also an epitome of school curricula and campus culture of teachers and students.Therefore, by devoting a lot of time and efforts to the art festival, the school will be able to stimulate students’creativity, acting talents and expressiveness.

上海宏润博源学校正如刘刘校长和Bowen校长上台讲话时告诉同学们的那样：艺术节不仅是展示才艺的舞台，更是发现自我的契机。希望同学们都能踊跃参加本届艺术节，用艺术和青春的激情温暖寒冬。

Just as Vice Principal Liu Liu and Principal Bowen said in their mobilization speech,Art festival provides not only a stage to show our talents，but also an opportunity to discover ourselves. We hope that students will participate enthusiastically in this festival,and warm ourselves up in this chilly winter with arts and our youthful passions.
