2018年10月21日19:00，上海宏润博源学校首届家校联合会成立仪式在学校行政楼会议室如期举行。与会成员有家校联合会12位家长代表，宏润集团代表郑恩海先生，陈文国总校长，刘刘副总校长，Christopher Moses外方校长，陈劲副校长以及学生处等校务委员。

19:00 on Oct. 21st saw the start of the establishment ceremony of 2018 SHBS Parent-School Association (PSA) in the main meeting room of the Admin Building. 12 parent representatives，Hongrun Construction Group representative Mr. Zheng Enhai, SHBS General Principal Bowen Chen, Vice General Principal Liuliu, Foreign Principal Christopher Moses, Deans of Students, and other admin members of the school.

First, on behalf of Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School, General Principal Bowen, Foreign Principal Christopher Moses, and Mr. Zheng Enhai (Deputy General Manager of Hongrun Construction Group) conferred the Letter of Appointment to our 12 parent representatives.

Christopher校长介绍了国外家校联合会的职能,强调12位候选人不仅代表12个家庭和学生而应该代表全体家庭和学生。 Bowen校长重点指出，“家校联合会”而非“家委会”, 旨在强调在学生教育方面,家长和学校必须形成合力，相同立场、相同方向、深入沟通。

Then, Foreign Principal Christopher Moses introduced the roles of parent-school association in the United States, underlining that our 12 parent representatives should keep in mind that they are not just representing 12 families but all the families of all our students. General Principal Bowen explained that we established a “Parent-School Association” rather than a “Parent Committee” because we wanted to signal that in educating children, parents and the school must aggregate their power into one, share the same stance, work towards the same destination and communicate with each other thoroughly.

刘副校长就大家关心的学校具体事务与联合会成员进行了沟通，尤其针对大家备受关注的学校食堂，主动通报了相关情况。

Next, Vice General Principal Liuliu brought up for discussion some specific issues that might be of concern to the parents, especially concerning the shcool dinning hall. Given the food scandal found out in other international schools, Liuliu reported to the parent representatives our current practices and inspection system.

另外，学校就学生心理健康建设问题和联合会进行了互动。校方和家长达成共识,建设二级学生心理教育机制，即专业心理辅导人员加班主任的心理辅导体系。大家一致认为,学生家长的专业资源以及家长个人成长的现身说法应当被充分调动起来，为孩子们提供帮助和支持。

Besides, all PSA board members put great premium on students' psychological health and development. Through discussion, all parent representatives agreed with the school's idea of a two-level psychological development system: professional psychological counselor & homeroom teahcer. All agreed that professional resources of the parents and their sharing of their own stories, which are of great value to the students, shall be made full use of to support the students' development.

最后大家用掌声通过了杨军任家校联合会主席的决 定，成立仪式结束后家校联合会召开了独立的次例会，选聘毕华为家校联合会任副主席并设立了相关职能部门及工作运行机制。

In the end, all members recognized as the president of SHBS PSA board Mr. Yang Jun, who recommended himself as the president. After the establishment ceremony, the 12 parent representatives held their first meeting, in which they chose Ms. Bi Hua as the vice president and set up its working system and its various departments.
