2019年5月13日下午，尽管天下着雨,但丝毫没有影响到上海宏润博源学校多功能会议厅内的气氛。上海社会科学院世界经济研究所研究员、博士生导师盛九元教授受邀来到上海宏润博源学校，围绕“5G的竞争与影响”为上海宏润博源学校师生设讲座。

In the afternoon of May 13, the rain did not affect the atmosphere in the multi-functional conference hall of Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School. Prof. Sheng Jiuyuan, a researcher and doctoral supervisor of World Economics Institute of Shanghai Academy of Social Science, was invited to our school to give lectures to teachers and students about the influence and competition of 5G.

5G的竞争与影响

5G网络是系列产品组成的通信系统

课堂上，盛九元教授带领现场师生一起回顾了移动通信系统的演进过程。从1G到现在的5G以及未来的6G，中国逐步进入世界通信强国行列，也改变着世界通信格局。5G网络是核心网络、管理系统、基站、天线、铁塔等一系列产品组成的通信系统。

During the lecture, Prof. Sheng Jiuyuan led the teachers and students to review the evolution of the mobile communication system. From 1G to the current 5G and the future 6G, China has gradually entered the highest rank in the world in terms of communication technology, and has also changed the world’s communication landscape. The 5G network is a communication system based on a series of products such as a core network, a managing system, a base station, an antenna, and an iron tower.

关键技术我们还是不足的

盛教授形象地介绍5G通讯的特征，也介绍了卫星传输通讯系统即6G产品研究和开发的竞争状况，盛教授说，低轨道卫星运行数量有限，目前美国已经发射500多颗，而我们国家才120颗，世界通讯业发展竞争，也影响着其它产业的发展，重要的是时间、时间，我们需要时间来积累经验。未来一年里5G的延申产业毫无疑问是中国，但关键技术我们还是不足的。

Prof. Sheng vividly illustrated the characteristics of 5G communication, and also introduced the competitive status of satellite transmission communication system, namely 6G product research and development. Prof. Sheng said that the number of low-orbit satellites is limited. At present, the United States has launched more than 500, but our country has only 120. The development of the world's communication industry also affects the development of other industries. The important thing is time, which is required to accumulate experience. Next year China will undoubtedly take the lead in the 5G extension industry, yet the key technologies remain insufficient.

看到了通信技术的美好前景

演讲结束之后，开放了一个提问，池同学站起来问道：“5G会不会导致科技的发展和个人隐私失去平衡?”盛教授大大地称赞了池同学的问题提得好。

After the speech, Gary Chi stood up and asked: “Will 5G lead to the imbalance between the development of technology and the loss of personal privacy?” Prof. Sheng greatly praised the question from Gary.

会后，特地采访了几位老师和同学，有老师说：盛教授的介绍专业、资料充分，我们外行人只能听新闻，看热闹、看事件以获得资讯，但盛教授用专业的研究之力，以数据说明问题，但又努力降低专业化程度展示给我们。这样好的学习机会难得。有同学说，讲座好专业啊，听上去太难了;也有同学说，这场讲座是一顿丰盛的通信技术大餐，它让我们看到了通信技术的美好前景，同时也给了同学们极大的自信。

After the meeting, several teachers and classmates were interviewed. Some teachers said: Professor Sheng’s introduction is professional and the information is abundant. We laymen can only understand some basic information, but Professor Sheng uses professional research, explaining the problem with data while trying to reduce the degree of specialization for us. Such a good learning opportunity is rare. Some students said: The lectures were so professional and it sounded too difficult! Some students said that this lecture was a sumptuous communication technology feast. It allowed us to see the bright future of communication technology and also made students confident.

珍贵的一课

感谢盛教授为我们呈献一场最前沿通讯科技知识讲座。SHBS的学生有幸于从领会手机进展，到感受世界产业进展，对走向世界的学子来说，是多么珍贵的一课。
