2019年4月28日，上海宏润博源学校的师生与随行家长一起参加了徽杭古道徒步课程。徽杭古道，起于安徽省绩溪县伏岭镇，止于浙江省杭州市临安区清凉峰镇浙基田村，全长20余千米。是中国继“丝绸之路”“茶马古道”之后的第三条著名古道，同时集众多自然风光于一身。

On April 28th, teachers and students from SHBS together with some parents went on a hike along the Ancient Huihang Road, which has been included in our school’s curricula.The Ancient Huihang Road, which extends for over 20 kilometers, starts at the Fuling town, Jixi county, Anhui Province and ends at the Jitian village, Qingliangfeng town, Lingan district, Hangzhou. Ranking the third in China, below the Silk Road and the Ancient Tea Horse Road, the Ancient Huihang Road has a collection of many beautiful natural landscapes.

这美丽而又神奇的古道怎么能不吸引热爱大自然的师生们慕名前来呢!

No wonder teachers and students who love nature have been attracted to this beautiful and magical ancient road by its reputation.

这次登山徒步活动，参与的老师、同学以及家长们都做足了准备。从入口开始，大家沿着陡峭的山路，踩着陡峭的石台阶缓缓开始了徒步之行。

Those who took part in this mountaineering hike were well prepared for it in advance.Setting off from the entrance, they trod on the steep stone steps and marched forward slowly along the tortuous mountain trail.

起始的这段路是最精华的一段路，完全保留了古道的原始风貌。陡峭的山路不足两米宽，一边是看似高不可攀的山，一边是风情万千的山谷。小股的山泉自山中流淌而出，在郁郁葱葱的山谷中流动。

The first section of the path is considered to be the best because it has entirely preserved what the ancient road used to look like. On one side of the mountain path, which was less than 2 meters wide, there were seemingly insurmountable mountains, and on the other side, there were gorgeous valleys. A little stream flowed through the lush green valleys from the mountains.

登山活动

山中布满了纯净的雾气，给人一种神清气爽的感觉，看似一级一级永远走不完的台阶给大家带来很大的震慑，但大家还是尽自己努力坚持了下来。每到一个休息点，大家总是会瞬间瘫掉并且立刻坐下休息，既然停了下来那就一定是的赏景时间。看到当地居民售卖他们种植的蔬菜。

Pure mists filled the mountain air, making us feel refreshed. Though the awesome and numerous steps looked as if they were endless, all of us tried our best to hold on till we conquered them.The instant we arrived at each rest station on the way, we were so exhausted that we almost collapsed and sat down at once to take a break. We always made good use of this break time to enjoy the beautiful views. We saw local farmers selling vegetables.

山间，有些松动的木桥横跨小河。最后在互相激励之下，大家都顺利过了木桥。伴随着水流声，大家在嬉戏打闹中开始了又一次的登山。

Between the hills, we were faced with some loosened bridges across streams. Encouraged by each other, we managed to cross them. Enjoying the company of the babbling water, we continued to climb another hill in the rough and tumble.

来到了瀑布处，这里的景色令人不得不拍照。也就是在这里，大家在迎来天最后一段上山的路。

When we arrived at a waterfall, it was so beautiful that we couldn’t help taking photos. It was from here that we began our last journey uphill for the first day of the hiking trip.

天只走了3个半小时，但是大家都十分疲惫。晚上大家便在当地的民宿“逍遥人家”里过了夜。晚上七点，举办了篝火晚会，大家先是做了游戏，随后便是在篝火旁唱歌，十分尽兴。

Though we walked for only 3 hours on the first day, we all felt tired out. We spent the night at a locally owned accommodation. At 7 o’clock in the evening, we held a bonfire party, at which we had a great time playing games and singing by the fire.

第二天一早，开启了我们的后半段旅途。这次活动旅途以攀登大量的台阶为开端，直接累倒了一大部分人。经过了大约一个小时后，大家来到了蓝天凹。在此地稍作休息后，接下来的路便是风景最美之处。

Next morning, we set out on the second half of our hiking trip. It began with climbing a large number of steps, making many of us worn out. After walking for about an hour, we reached a concave called “blue sky”, where we had a break. The “blue sky” concave was followed by the most beautiful scenic spot of the ancient road.

行走课程

大约上午十点左右，我们来到了徽杭古道最美的一处景点—清凉峰。在群山之间常年云雾缭绕，宛如仙境一般。

At about 10 o’clock in the morning, we arrived at the most beautiful scenic spot on the ancient Huihang road --- the Qingliang peak. Mists wreathed the hilltops all year round, looking as if it were fairyland.

当我们登上山峰眺望远方，深深臣服于大自然，这是任何能工巧匠都无法制作的神笔;是历经万水千山之后胜利者的慨叹。我们来了。

When we overlooked the sight from the top of the mountain, we were not only overwhelmed by the divine craftsmanship created by nature but also amazed by our conquest of this long ancient road. Here we were!

徒步行的经验深深烙印在我们心里：无论在今后的学习或工作中，当遭遇最坚持不下去的那一刻，请坚持一下，前面的风景是谁也不不知道的;大自然仅馈赠予那些克服千难万难走到离他最近的那些人以最美的一景。

We have learned a lot from this hiking trip: From now on, whenever we are learning something or working on something, we should persevere at the very moment we want to give up, because who knows what will happen if you hang on. Nature will only reward with the most beautiful scenery those who come up closest to her by overcoming numerous difficulties.
