希腊第182任总理、爱格计划联合创始人乔治·帕潘德里欧先生来到上海宏润博源学校国学教室。一行人的脚步声、谈笑声,渐渐近了。二小时礼堂讲座已感受到这位前总理的平和与仁厚。“领袖力是什么?有人说,领袖力就是敲着桌子这样子说话,我不这么觉得。”这位经验过波折的老人显示一种宽仁。
Co-founder of Project Agora, 182nd prime minister of Greece Sir George Papandreou was coming to our Chinese classroom soon.I could hear them approaching, with their footsteps and talking and laughter drawing near. Having attended his 2-hour lecture, I had already got a picture of his mildness and clemency. “What is leadership? Someone defined it as talking while pounding a table like this. I don’t think so.” Clemency was reflected from the old man who had experienced hardship.

一进门就观察到他的眼光注视到对门块墙面,然后目光在两块墙面之间来回看,嘴型略撮起,有点像“喔”的发音,或者说根本没有发音,嘴型动了。
As soon as he entered, his eyes were fixed on the first wall opposite the door, and then looked back and forth between the two walls, with his mouth slightly pouted, looking a little like he was going to pronounce the sound "Oh"; or perhaps he only moved his lips, but didn’t make the sound at all.
在大家谈笑中,乔治先生拿起笔。于是,我和周围的人都很努力地演示给他看,怎么去握这支毛笔,在他做起来,第四个指头靠上笔杆显得有点费劲,而这种“费劲”看上去很有意思,他微微笑着好像做了个“不好使”的表情,很认真地跟着模仿,站在他的身边,感觉到一种平和,一种厚度,没有评判,轻易地迎接世界的那种感觉。
While everyone was talking and laughing, Mr. George picked up his brush.So the people around me and I worked very hard to show him how to hold this brush, but when he tried doing so, the fourth finger appeared a little awkward against the pen stick, and this awkwardness looked funny. He smiled as if he signaled that it was hard for him to do, but he did try hard to imitate. Standing by him, I could feel a sense of peace, a composure within him as if he were trying to embrace the world without judgment.
他并不知道按照古代习惯中国字的念法是从右到左,所以他先写“治”这个字。
He had no idea that the ancient Chinese characters were read from right to left, so he first wrote the word "治".
看了那张毛边纸上的字样,他用手指沿着三点水,从左至右,将“治”字行走了一遍,然后拿起毛笔。
He looked at the sample words that I had written on that piece of rough-edged paper, followed the side component of the character with his finger, from left to right, tried writing it in the air, and then picked up the brush.
“治”的右上三角点还不好写,最后,大概不知道口字部怎么转法,他干脆一笔到位,而“乔”字出笔特别有笔力。
The upper right triangle of "treatment" was not easy for him to write. He simply put the brush in place, applied good force to the character “乔”.

当我们边上的人都在鼓掌的时候,我真心佩服,心里想的一句话就是:不愧是领袖人物!毛笔不是那么听话的,乔治总理落笔有力,拐弯抹角时一笔走完,毫不犹豫。
When people around us were clapping, I really admired him, thinking that he is indeed a leader. Brush is not so obedient, However, Sir George Papandreou he finished the twists and turns of the characters without hesitation.
在我们的国学教室里,每一种字体都在讲述一段中国史、传递人的精神。乔治先生说“领袖力就是学会学习,寻找,分析,思考”也是教育的初衷。
In our classroom of Chinese studies, each font tells a period of Chinese history and conveys the spirit of human beings. "Leadership is learning how to learn, find, analyze, and think," says Sir George Papandreou. This is what education tried to achieve originally.
以书法为线索延伸中国文化历史,让世界了解我们;更重要的是让国学这文化之“根”再深一点扎根在学生心田,出国门而不惑,这是我们这门课的根本心意。
Take calligraphy as a clue to extend the history of Chinese culture and let the world know us; more importantly, let the "root" of Chinese culture be deeply rooted in the students' hearts and minds. This is the fundamental intention of our course.
