2019年3月25日下午C&S时间，上海治安总队黄奕警官来上海宏润博源学校进行网络安全讲座， 上海宏润博源学校全校师生都参与了本次活动。

During C&S time on March 25th, Officer Huang Yi of Shanghai Public Security Corps came to our school to give a lecture on cyber security, which all teachers and students took part in.

活动开始时，陈文国校长向黄奕警官颁发了聘书，聘请他为上海宏润博源学校客座教师。然后，黄奕警官在学校大礼堂发表了讲话，内容如下：

At the beginning of the event, SHBS General Principal Bowen Chen awarded a letter of appointment to Officer Huang Yi, appointing him as a guest teacher of Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School. Then Officer Huang Yi gave a speech in the school auditorium, which read as follows:

颁发聘书

面对危险急中生智

首先，黄奕警官提到了上海获得2017年“全国旅游者认为最有安全感的城市”名一事。借此引出了上海严重刑事犯罪十年以来持续下降，但是基于网络移动端的网络犯罪数量持续上升，并且年轻受害者在其中的比例持续上升的社会现状。然后，他生动地讲述了刑警队在泰国清迈抓捕电信诈骗团伙的事情，其中有一位来自上海的高中生发挥了决定性的作用，刑警队在他的帮助下成功抓获了网名为“铁汉柔情”的犯罪嫌疑人。此外，他还提到了抓捕这名嫌疑人的警官在面对危险时急中生智，并且成功吓退了嫌疑人的事情。同学们听得津津有味，台下几乎全程伴随着笑声，现场反响很好。

Firstly, Officer Huang Yi mentioned the fact that Shanghai won the first place in the "Most Secure City in China for Tourists" in 2017. This lead to the social situation that serious criminal crimes in Shanghai have been declining for a decade, but the number of cybercrimes based on Internet and mobile terminals has been increasing, and the proportion of young victims has been increasing, too. Then, he vividly told a story about one Shanghai criminal police team’s arresting one telecommunication fraud gang in Chiang Mai, Thailand, mentioning that a high school student from Shanghai played a decisive role in the capture of the criminal suspect net-named “A Tough Guy with A Tender Heart”. In addition, he also mentioned one police officer’s quick reaction in the face of danger, which successfully scared off the suspect. The students listened attentively, bursting into laughter time and again.

对毒品的危害认识要深刻

紧接着，黄奕警官又从一位二十年前的上海知名运动员吸毒的事情讲起，讲到了毒品的危害。他又举了娱乐圈吸毒现象等几个例子，并且用生动的语言为同学们描述了一些情境，让同学们了解到毒品会把一个人生命中最宝贵的东西夺走，从而对毒品的危害有更深刻的认识。此外，他还邀请了几位同学上台进行互动，并赠予了他们警局的官方小熊玩偶。借此机会，他又提到了关于官方小熊玩偶的几件趣事，令同学们忍俊不禁。

Then, Officer Huang Yi got across the harm of drugs with the story of a famous Shanghai athlete 20 years ago. He also gave several examples of drug abuse in the entertainment circle, and described some situations for the students with vivid language, so that the students could understand that drugs would take away the most precious thing in one's life, so as to have a deeper understanding of the harm of drugs. In addition, he invited several students to interact with him on the stage, and gave them the official bear doll of the police station. Taking the opportunity, he also mentioned several funny stories about the official bear dolls, which made the students laugh again.

合影留恋

学会自我约束守住法律底线

在演讲临近尾声时，黄奕警官提到了关于短信诈骗、链接诈骗、利用网络贩卖珍稀动物、在网上发布不良言论等几个案例。他教导同学们，青少年要学会自我约束。网络不是法外之地，任何的网络行为都是有迹可循的。青少年在互联网上领略大千世界时，应该学会自我保护，并且守住法律底线。然后，他又邀请同学们关注了作为上海市社区民警与群众沟通的渠道之一的警局官方。

At the end of the speech, Officer Huang Yi mentioned several cases of text message fraud, link fraud, using the Internet to sell rare animals, and Posting bad comments on the Internet. He taught the students that teenagers should learn self-discipline. The network is not outside the law; any network behavior is traceable. Teenagers should learn to protect themselves and keep the bottom line of law when they experience the world on the Internet. Then, he invited the students to follow the official public account of the police department as one of the communication channels between Shanghai community police and the public.

最后，黄奕警官感谢了全体师生对他本次演讲的宽容和支持，并与大家合影留念。至此，今天的C&S活动就圆满结束了。

Finally, Officer Huang Yi thanked all the teachers and students for their tolerance and support of his speech, and took a photo with everyone. At this point, today's C&S activity came to a successful conclusion.
